Has to be one of the most satisfying experiences of any body mod’ – The brand scab was a pleasure to remove – it peeled off like a post it note, after a nice hot bath

These plucky little fellas are making their way up trough the scab – I thought the branding process would have killed all the follicles, but some of them are still growing hair! I think the scab will be ready for a proper soak in the next couple of days as it’s starting to lift now.

The first week is almost up! I always find the first week of any body mod’ the most challenging, a lot of this is down to adjusting to the requirement of the new mod’ and trying not to bash or otherwise aggrevate the wound. The leg is mostly OK although it does keep swelling up after I’ve been on my feet for a while, but it goes back down once I elevate it for an hour or so.

Leg Branding - Day 6 - Dark & Moody

Today I’m going to wash the area and try not to soak it – that should be a challenge! Then just let it air-dry, although I am quite stoked with the prospect of the scab removal. (which is almost as satisfying as removing stitches )

As if to prove that point – Here’s the prep’ I had to do before bathing:

Cling film and packing tape to the rescue!
