‘INTROCAN’ NEEDLE
 Many piercing studios use these needles, they have a cannular which the jewellery is passed through after the piercing, enabling easy placement.
'MEDICUT' NEEDLE

‘MEDICUT’ NEEDLE
 This is the other popular choice of needle, it’s really down to the piercers personal preference as to which type of needle is used. (although these are normally used for the larger piercings 2.4mm)

FORCEPS

FORCEPS
 These are used to ‘hold’ and compress the tissue to be pierced, this facilitates proper piercing.
CIRCLIP PLIERS (RING OPENERS) CIRCLIP PLIERS (RING OPENERS)
 These are used to open the BCR to allow the insertion of the ball. You will need these if you intend to change your own BCR’s
