Another Week Another Tattoo Session

Monday, April 6th, 2009I normally post pic’s of my mods on the day I have ‘em done, although sometimes I get a little sidetracked with other chores that need my immediate attention. This is one of those times. Anyway, here a snap of the work I had done last week. The tattoo is now flaking nicely and I’ve got another couple of hours booked for tomorrow.

Friday, February 13th, 2009I managed to fit in another tattoo session this week and we were able to get most of the lower sleeve outlined. I should be having weekly sessions from now on in.

I’ve been off the booze for ten months now – This week I decided to give up milk too, the coffee tastes so much better without it! On the subject of the weight loss programme; only got one more stone to loose before I hit my ‘ideal body weight’ so the biggest body mod’ I’ve ever done has worked well – I really don’t know why people find it so difficult (perhaps I’m just lucky) for me it’s just been a case of measuring what I eat and making sure I burn off more than I take on board.

This tattoo is coming along nicely now – This is the third session and we’re planning the rest of the arm now, with lots of stonework and some crazy little characters and maybe even a Sheela -Na-Gig. . .

Yeah, all feel sorry for me! Having to work on Sunday – (I won’t mention my ‘vodka’ day on Friday, so this sorta makes up for that).
I managed to get the ‘chick with gun’ sleeve started in the week too – Blatant Lara Croft rip, but I like the way it’s going, we’ve had to leave a lot of detail out of her until we start to get the background in. Stoked!
This Week
Friday, July 13th, 2007I’ve been mostly working – Added some tweaks to the PiShop site – and getting on with orders/product updates. Speaking of new stuff; I decided to see if I could find some silicone eyelets to fit my 38mm lobes. I had to import them from the states and I’m currently evaluating them.
They are from Kaos Softwear – so the quality is a ‘known’ – Just a matter of seeing how well my ears get on with them. We may add them to the shop if demand is high enough.
In other news; I managed to get the first part of the crossbuster done – just need to finish of next week. Plus a number of my other tattoos need touching up.

My Hand
Wednesday, March 28th, 2007I’ve been using bio oil on my hand since having my implant, three months ago. I’ve got to say I’m pleased with the results, the initial swelling was quite horrific and took a good few weeks to go down. Seems to be settling in quite nicely now.
The procedure, although quite intense, was over quickly.
I also had my engagement tattoo touched up on Monday because it had ‘kicked out’ really badly, as finger/hand tattoo are prone to do.

Here’s the neck tattoo I had done today. What an amazing experience! I’ve had all sorts of mods over the last few years, and grown pretty blasé about tattoos. This tattoo reminded me of my very first tatt, a great experience!
